Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days after order.  Returned items must be brand new, not worn or washed, and still have all original packaging.  Once received, we will apply a full refund to the returned items.  Nalo will be responsible for compensation of return shipping labels to provide a hassle-free shopping and return experience.
